Additional Information:

The main scientific results Braginsky VB:
Discovered the existence of the quantum lim its of measurement sensitivity and The principle of quantum non-demolition measurements, allowing to overcome them.
Discovered the existence of a number of new physical effects (friction, generated by the zero-point fluctuations of vacuum, the decoherence of the wave function in an electromagnetic vacuum, spin-quadrupole gravitational effect), demonstrated the possibility of existence of new quantum states (frequency-anticorrelated and simphotonic).
Predicted and experimentally demonstrated a number of opto-mechanical effects (Optical rigidity, radiative friction), which form the basis for many modern advances in macroscopic quantum mechanics, in particular, optical cooling of micro and nano oscillators to the zero state.
Experimentally proved the principle of equivalence at the 10 ^ -12 level, showing equality of charge modules of electron and proton at the 10 ^ -21 level.
Created optical and microwave dielectric resonators with a record quality factors (more than 10 ^ 9).
Publications:

published 235 articles and 4 books, the Citation index > 6000, Hirsch index - 41 (December 2012).
